Required Mods for UBE

This list is provided in the same order that should be set within the game launcher
Dependencies Mods are listed First
UBE is last unless another mod specifically states it must load after it.

Installing all of these mods as well as placing them in the correct load order will resolve the following issues:
- Missions Not appearing
- Ships & Textures being Purple
- Failure to load saves
- Failure to start Campaign
