Procedural Katanas - Frackin' Races Patch for Hylotl Katana Parry

While Procedural Katanas is already compatible with Frackin' Races, there was one minor inconsistency that bugged me in my playthrough.
Hylotls get health back when they perfect block with shields with Frackin' Races installed, but they don't heal when they katana parry.
This patch allows for perfect blocks when parrying as a hylotl to trigger that heal.
