Procedural Katanas

It's finally done, after exactly a year from the mod's first posting. The Procedural Katanas are back in action, and with new moves, legendary katanas, and a fresh new paintjob to match.

They still drop from the same sources as any other randomized weapons, and their main combo is the same as it was way back when (a 9-hit combo courtesy of Ribs).

However, they now have new tricks up their sleeves, including a revamped spin slash (that can be done in air to get the drop on enemies), a horizontal version of Elemental Kunai, and the finally-revamped Decisive Strike counter-attack, which now functions as I had always wanted it to.

All of it couldn't have happened without the help of Nebulox, who picked up the slack while I was burnt out on starbound, and did pretty much all of the new content, and Steven Steel, who provided the sprite for Orochi.

That said, I'm still somewhat burnt out on modding starbound, so it might take a while before any further updates (other than bugfixes) come out.

The mod needed a new page due to the amount of changes making it so that I couldn't safely confirm that any old katanas wouldn't get wiped (and also so that the mod itself wouldn't be stuck in last year's listings where nobody's gonna see it).
