描述
Makes electricity produced by power plants not local, but not tradable, not compatible with anything else that edits electricity good. Will make the good show up as banned on the world market.

I love using this mod along with your transportation one, could you please make a similar one for services so I can have all three as non local goods :)?

Updated for 1.9, have not been able to test myself yet. But have been told it works. Please post comments if you run into any issues.

I think the 'banned' and bottom priced world market is just how the 'national only good' effect works now. We don't see it in vanilla because National goods don't exist anymore. The part I didn't check was treaty trades, but I don't remember seeing them anyway.
