Kenworth W900 better dashboard [Green]

The mod modifies the dashboard for the Kenworth W900 while keeping its classic green theme,

• Display 1 has most of what you need all the time, (CC, Speed, time to rest, ETA,clock)
  
• If fatigue simulation is disabled, the clock will show instead of the TTR.
  
• Display 2 has he clock and the compass.
  
• Display 3 has remaining fuel & remaining distance & a fuel bar.
  
• Display 7 has a thing for KW lovers.

This is a green themed variant of the original mod.
If you notice any behavior other than what's mentioned, please let me know so I can fix it.
