Kenworth W900 better dashboard

The mod modifies the dashboard for the Kenworth W900,

• Display 1 has most of what you need all the time, (CC, Speed, time to rest, ETA,clock)
  
• If fatigue simulation is disabled, the clock will show instead of the TTR.
  
• Display 2 has he clock and the compass.
  
• Display 3 has remaining fuel & remaining distance & a fuel bar.
  
• Display 7 has a thing for KW lovers.
  
• The colors are also modified to a white/black theme instead of the classic green.

This is my first mod ever, I'm happy to improve it with your feedback. (just be kind :D)
I originally created it for myself, I wanted a dashboard in which I have all the info I need, and clear enough that I don't need to zoom or do anything to read the info from the screen, then decided to share it, when I felt good enough about it.
If you notice any behavior other than what's mentioned, please let me know so I can fix it.
