The Korean pops hanbok fix and the Korean Empire army coat palette fix have been removed because they have been addressed in the base game as of 1.10.5.
A handful of new fixes targeting Southeast Asian clergy pops, Japan, and Austria have been added. Please review the changelog for the full details.

Just for the record: I ended up not adding any fix for Korean characters because Paradox appears to have fixed them as well alongside the fixes to hanbok usage.
Fixable in theory but I would rather do that in East Asian Clothes: Redux when I finally get around to doing that.
PCT is mainly supposed to be limited to code changes so everything can be toggled at the player's discretion, while tweaks to the models & textures can't be made dynamic in a similar fashion, so I'd like to avoid it here.
1.10 does appear to have accidentally broken it with the recent changes to culture traits
I will add a thing to PCT to fix it in the near future, thanks for the report
