Compatibility Patch between Divergences and Waifu Britannica, the anime flag mod.

This mod was meant for a small handful of users who played with both WB and Divergences in the Waifu Britannica Discord server. However, I've decided to make this mod public for anyone else who is interested. As I do not play with Divergences, updates to this compatibility patch will be minimal.

Waifu Britannica will not make new portraits for Divergences tags, and will only transfer existing WB portraits where appropriate.
