Welcome to Divergences
A mod for Victoria III that continues the legacy of Divergences : An Alter Vicky mod created by Kinniken

According to the quantum theory, every decision made in the universe creates an alternative universe where all the following events take a different way. The first decision that diverged the timeline is called the Point of Divergence.

In the Divergences mod there are PODs that are not bound to each other:
  • The duke of Burgundy decides to continue his support for Plantagenets in the Hundred Years' War
  • The personal union of Denmark, Norway and Sweden survives and evolves to a unitary state
  • Isabella of Spain married a Portuguese prince, instead of Ferdinand II.
  • The Chenghua Emperor does not stop Ming China's explorations, but decides to pursue them with greater zeal than before But that were not all the changes.
The timeline began to diverge more and more and after 400 years the very world as we know it looks absolutely different...

What's new in the 1.9 Patch?

  • Updated content for Amazonie, Lotharingia and Tawatinsuyu!
  • Addition of many new treaties between the great powers and smaller nations of the world!
  • Overhaul of missing vanilla content, adding in lobby events, more law passage events and treaty events!
  • General bugfixes

Played as the "Belgian Confederation". Very disappointed. I won the (INSTANTANEOUS) war against the Plantegesia (My alleged War Goal being for "Return State") and the War Goal did not Fire at all. So basically, I just conquered their entire territory and what I get out of it is a 4 YEAR truce, with zero territory/treaty/claim/etc. gain, absolutely disappointing.

Extra Extra:
Not to mention that the region of "Silesia" is split in the Northern/Southern respect. However, you named both regions "Upper Silesia"... This would usually be no problem, but in Victoria 3; in matters when States have the EXACT same name, even if they are right next to each other. :steamsalty:

if you pick the hybrid french and british culture to favour as dual monarchy this basically kills you as with the spark of revolution even turns both england and france to uprisings without the event i think it is possible to only get 1 revolution but you cant win with both at the same time leavign you with like 3 provenices

The oil supply is too insufficient, vanilla version has increased a lot of oil extraction, like Baku can extract 240 level.

Bohemia is ruled by german-speaking bohemians now instead of czechs therefore zapadoslavia is no longer formable for them

The decision to create the Avalonian Protectorate as the Inca keeps releasing Beornia as independent as opposed to remaining a protectorate.
