3-Axle Container Trailer

A three axle, turntable drawbar trailer for containers. Fits coupling of my 5-Axle AWD Container Truck, and can be loaded with it.

The trailer fits the coupling of my 5-Axle AWD Container Truck and also supports another coupling at it's back to connect to another trailer.

CAUTION!
Do not couple more than two trailers together, when exceeding speeds of 30 km/h! Vehicle gets unstable quick!

The trailer has connectors to support a standard container and sliding connector gripper to make loading easier.

Recieves parking and dynamic brake signal from truck and transmits it also to following trailers.

1. Ensure trailer parking brake is enabled and trailer stands on even ground
   
2. Reverse towing vehicle straight towards trailer, stopping when drawbar lines up with towing connector
   
3. Release trailer parking brake and lift connector of trailer drawbar towards truck connector (connectors shoud connect when close enough)
   
4. As soon as trailer is connected, parking brake and dynamical brake signal is received from truck

WARNING!
Vehicle stability is greatly reduced with loaded container on trailer!

1. Choose level ground and park towing vehicle and trailer to be straight
   
2. Engage parking brake of towing vehicle
   
3. Engage parking brake of trailer (at drawbar), towing vehicle should disconnect immidiately

1. Load container to truck and connect trailer (see above)
   
2. Drive a short distance straight, to line up truck and trailer
   
3. Ensure connectors on trailer are disabled
   
4. Move container backwards until frame stops
   
5. Release truck-side connector and activate trailer connectors
   
6. Lift Frame-Slider up to move container further back until connectors latch
   
7. Disconnect trailer and load additional container to truck as requiered

CAUTION!
Always ensure to load heavier container on towing vehicle to increase towing stability.

1. Unload container from truck and connect trailer (see above)
   
2. Drive a short distance straight on even ground, to line up truck and trailer
   
3. Move frame fully backwards and tilt slider
   
4. Engage frame and container top connectors
   
5. Release trailer connectors and frame connectors should latch
   
6. Move frame forwards and tilt slider horizontally to load container fully onto truck
   
7. Engage all truck side connectors and disconnect trailer as requiered
