Idea Groups Expanded Ages and Splendor Expanded Compatch

Compatch to allow running both Idea Groups Expanded and Ages and Splendor Expanded--ensures the Age of Reformation objective to complete Religious ideas now also works for the new religious replacement ideas.

Thanks to user Yoko Taro >= GOD for describing the incompatibility.

Currently also works with the separate 1.34 update for Idea Groups Expanded.

Please note, this mod is very likely to break if you're running any other mods (besides those listed above) that edit common\ideas\00_basic_ideas. Mods not listed above are not treated as dependencies for this mod, and so load order gets unpredictable.
