- Fixed an error for dynamic modifiers
- Nerfed the desire for AI to pick Cossack Ideas, it is now 10x less likely they will pick them. Be aware that you can protect your coasts against piracy!
- Fixed Dynamic Modifiers not firing!

IDEA GROUPS EXPANDED UPDATE 2.0!

- New Idea Group: Absolutism Ideas, available after the year 1565 for non-republics!
- Diplomatic Ideas now have a new modifier, Aggressive Expansion Impact Reduction per Ally! (capped at -20%!)
- Various rebalances:
