Get more ice from ice planets &, also, your ice asteroids won't be deleted anymore.

You will now be able to mine ice from ice planets until they reach planet size 10, meaning you can get more out of them. In unmodified Stellaris you could only mine them 3 times in total, no matter what planet size they were.

I tested this with the Ocean Paradise origin & I mined a total of 38 ice from the home system.
In unmodified Stellaris, I mined a total of 22 ice.


When you mine the ice from ice asteroids, they will be converted into regular asteroids instead of being deleted, meaning you won't lose the potential resources that you could produce from them. The "Ice Mined" modifier will be applied to them, like with ice mined planets, giving them -25% mining station resource output. Still, this is preferable to losing them entirely.

Changed "Ice Mined Planet" to "Ice Mined". This is because the asteroids will now have this modifier & they are, obviously, not planets.

Changed "Ice asteroids can be mined once, frozen worlds up to 3 times." to "Ice asteroids can be mined once, frozen worlds for all their worth.".

Changed "The planet has recently been diminished, in the literal sense, by ice mining operations." to "This celestial body has recently been diminished, in the literal sense, by ice mining operations.". Again, this is for the asteroids.
