This mod removes the limit of using the Expand Planetary Sea Decision a maximum of 3 times per planet. You can now use it to make planets a maximum of size 40, no matter what their starting size is.

Would it be possible to create a version that allows you to do this infinite times but you're not allowed to pick the decision if the planet size is over a certain amount? Effectively capping you at say... planet size 50 even if you started with a small planet?

I could increase the number to 45 in a new mod, if people want that. I think planets larger than size 78 mess up the game, so I wouldn't go higher than 48 max because that plus a size 30 world which you can get from certain origins would be size 78.
