描述
PLEASE NOTE: Thanks to EVERYONE who voted for this route...it is now final and new scenarios have been posted. Also, a BIG THANKS to the original content creators at High Iron Simulations! :)

High Iron Simulation's beautiful B&O Mountain Subdivision, now adapted with many of the changes the route saw after the devastating flood of 1985, which occurred at the dawn of the CSX era.


The most drastic changes include: the rebuilding of the trestle that was destroyed by flood waters at Rowlesburg; the removal of Track No. 2 between Tunnelton and Rowlesburg as a result of the aforementioned new single track trestle, and the removal of the former Western Maryland Thomas Subdivision between Maryland Junction and 21st Bridge. Brush has also overtaken the section from 21st Bridge to a point near Westernport. There are also many smaller changes that have occurred as well.


One significant change we chose not to make is the removal of the former B&O Passenger Station at Cumberland...its nice to imagine what it would have been like to see it in the CSX era!

You must own the original B&O Mountain Subdivision to play this adapted route!

dexterwhittlesey31--I have been told a few times about the QD, but I haven't figured out how to set up the AI trains that come in the opposite direction. I'll just go ahead and put it out without the AI trains. I have a couple other new scenarios to add as well.

Not a problem! But if all else fails, any of us could probably improvise and make our own scenarios with AI traffic. Or maybe even just do some experiments in adding AI traffic in QuickDrive.
