Rename Egalitarian to Cosmopolitan

This very tiny mod just renames the egalitarian ethos to cosmpolitan. In vanilla, egalitarian has a description which talks about accepting differences and being more diverse, and has bonuses which helps improve relations between different cultures/faiths. Therefore, I felt "cosmopolitan" was better suited than "egalitarian" since the latter to me implies more about equality but not diversity per se. If you disagree with my analysis, that's fine, the mod is wholly optional and it's literally one line of code I changed.

Anyways, this mod should be compatible with pretty much anything. Also, huge credits to Soraya for providing the localization for stuff that references the ethos.
