Hello everyone and welcome to the Conquest of Elysium 5 'Support Units' mod!

Summary:
This mod provides three new units to support the development of your empire in Conquest of Elysium 5.
All units have been balanced for the base game and will continue to be balanced when needed.

These units are:
- A Ranger unit to handle terrain with numberous possibilities.
- A Builder unit to construct housings, bridges, temples and more.
- A Miner unit to build different types of mines and digging into the underground.

All units have a total of three levels which will come over time.
They are vunerable and expansive, so it is wise to send some troops with them as a guard.
None of them are start units. They can be recruited by time.


Details:
All level 1 units are offered by time and cost around 100 gold. They can lead troops for their protection. Their experience grow over time and by reaching the next level, their capabilities and properties expanding.

Here comes the complete list of rituals, that can be performed:

RANGER:
Level 1: Plant Forest, Plant Jungle, Remove Forest, Remove Jungle, Remove Dead Forest, Remove Destroyed Jungle, Burn Forest, Destroy Jungle, Revive Dead Forest, Revive Destroyed Jungle.
Level 2: Remove Hills, Build Iron Bog, Create Swamp, Dry out Swamp.
Level 3: Build Ship, Level Mountain, Remove Desert, Revive Ancient Forest, Build Oasis.

BUILDER:
Level 1: Build Farm, Build Hamlet, Build Watch Tower, Build North-South Bridge, Build West-East Bridge, Upgrade Farm to Hamlet, Remove House Ruin, Remove City Ruin.
Level 2: Build Village, Build Town, Build Magic Library, Build North-South Tower Bridge, Upgrade Hamlet to Village, Upgrade Village to Town, Upgrade Watch Tower to Guard Tower, Upgrade Bridge to North-South Tower Bridge, Upgrade Bridge to West-East Tower Bridge.
Level 3: Build Ship, Build City, Build Port, Build Pirate Port, Build Castle, Build Temple, Build Academy of Higher Magic, Repair Old Castle Ruin, Rebuild Ruined Port, Repopulate Deserted Port, Upgrade Town to City, Upgrade Magic Library to Academy of Higher Magic.

MINER:
Level 1: Build Coal Mine, Build Iron Bog.
Level 2: Build Iron Mine, Build Silver Mine, Build Ruby Mine, Build Sapphire Mine, Build Diamond Mine, Build Emerald Mine.
Level 3: Build Gold Mine, Build Deep Earth/Sea Ruby Mine, Build Deep Earth/Sea Sapphire Mine, Build Deep Earth/Sea Diamond Mine, Build Deep Earth/Sea Emerald Mine.

I've expanded the miner's rituals for level 2 and 3 with the next update:

Level 2: Build Ruby/Sapphine/Diamond/Emerald Mine.

All mines have to be build on desert terrain and have to be three squares away from other gem deposits. The mine generate a small amount of gems and gold.

Level 3: Build Deep Earth Ruby/Sapphine/Diamond/Emerald Mine.

All mines have to be build on rock ground terrain, which can be only found in the underground and have to be five squares away from other deep earth gem deposits. The mine generate a high amount of gems and some gold.

Because a level 3 Miner is able to enter water terrain, i have added additional rituals for deep sea gem deposits.

Level 3: Build Deep Sea Ruby/Sapphine/Diamond/Emerald Mine.

All mines have to be build on deep sea terrain and have to be five squares away from other deep sea gem deposits. The mine generate a small amount of gems and gold.

What should be unique?
The appearance or something else?

Keep in mind that the abilities of all units must remain the same for all factions to avoid any advantage or disadvantage.

Consider support units as mercenaries who offer their services to a faction in exchange for payment.

I can't reproduce the problem. Maybe another mod is causing the issue.

It depends on the load order. Mine is 9, the last possible number. But if another mod has the same number, there could be a conflict.

You can check for yourself by opening the Workshop folder (\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\1606340) and checking the .c5m file in every folder.
The load order (called "modprio") number is usually at the top of the file contents.
