Compatible 3.14

Simple mod, that forcibly reduces the number of habitable planets after generation of the galaxy.
~10-90% of habitable planets will be terraformed into random types of planets unsuitable for colonization except of gas giants.
~10% of the terraformed planets will have a "Terraforming Candidate" modifier.

@[Z] Dezert [V] - Yes but this was a gas giant and not a normally habitable planet. AFAIK no empires can spawn on gas giants and for some reason this is what is happening every game on one system.

mod ignores habitable planets

I keep getting an un surveyable system with a gas giant that has broken ring sections but there is an empire on the gas giant (and not on the ring). This empire cannot be diplomatically interacted with and never expands or otherwise does anything. Could this mod be causing that? I don't know what other mods would have this effect.

Strange, but still writes that the module is not suitable for this version of the game, despite the fact that it is for 3.5
