Just increases the buildings slots to 1500 and branch office slots to 32, and that's pretty much it.
If you want to change the buildings slot amount:

• Goto: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\1892802846\common\defines\
  
• Open: bs_defines.txt
  
• Change: MAX_PLANET_BUILDING_SLOTS

Meant to go along with UI Overhaul Dynamic or Bigger Planet View.
You only need to use 1 of them!
