use the romka models
they're the exact same, only difference being the helmet

Well, the link is to another replacement addon. But there's a hex by the author of it.

You people do realize there's already a hex of this? Just download the mod linked in the description, every soldier here is a skingroup for the default soldier in that addon...

there was never a specific ''combine shotgunner'' illustration...infact the shotgunner didn't even have the distinct skin when HL2 came out, it was added later on.
