ROMKA'S COMBINE SOLDIERS...
This add-on contains the "legendary" Combine soldiers from Romka that were originally made for his custom Half-Life 2 mod but abandoned after he left the Source modding community.

The vanilla model meshes and textures are done by Dynamic_ and also features concept art reskins from Wishes for Fishes and concept art Elite soldier by dukewebelos. I've also added the beta skins from Romka himself.
