You people do realize there's already a hex of this? Just download the mod linked in the description, every soldier here is a skingroup for the default soldier in that addon...

there was never a specific ''combine shotgunner'' illustration...infact the shotgunner didn't even have the distinct skin when HL2 came out, it was added later on.

Hello, i have a problem, it replaces the combine prison guard, the elite and the prison shotgun guard but it doesnt replace the others.

download the nemez combine addon, extract it, download this addon, get the names of the nemez models, paste the names to this addon, and replace it to the nemez folder.

yeah the prison guards and the combine elites are changed but the normal soldier and the shotgunners aren´t sadly :steamsad:
