If you aren't using then collection, then you should unsubscribe from "Omega's Modpack Compatibility".

@Omega but why do I see the strings of that mod when I shouldn’t see it? Before it didn’t happen...
If I don’t have that mod subscribed to in the game it shouldn’t happen.... I use your NSC2 compatibility mod...is there a solution without having to subscribe to that mod?

Good morning...I have a problem that seems to be caused by your mod...in the game appear many sentences without localisation and these references I find them in the files of your mod...a part of the missing sentences see photos below but there are many missing (especially when researching technology)

That is correct. Of note patch works with either OST or OSA. OSA just has more features compared to OST.
