- your ethics dont lock you from getting certein edicts anymore
- some special edicts are also unlocked from gamestart
- special campaigns and ambitions are also unlocked

Thank you a thousand times for making these mods. Can you also please create one to disable the limitations that gestalts often face when adjust their policies? I want to play as the good guy machine intelligence that can disable purge as an example, but the base game does not give gestalts the policy option for that. Can you therefore please create a mod that removes those limitations?
