BBW Pike M
as in the “M” variant of the Pike

M = Map

Why use this?
= Pike has a long range cruise speed of ~44 knots making rapid parcel income possible. The map is there for navigation between the destinations. The distance is part of the profit.


The original Pike was made to fit within a fixed budget of $30K. The M for Map variant includes the cost of monitors and a few related pieces to have a working map display. This map is useful for aiming at a waypoint for long range trips outside of visual landmarks.

Fast cruise: ~150 nm at ~44 knots
Gear alpha on; gear beta on; after a brief high speed burst to start the hydroplaning

Recommended reverse: Gear alpha on; Gear beta off; Throttle ~ 0.33

Realized in moving things the defilbrilator went poof so one has been put back in by the medical supplies.
