Map Overlay

描述
A new overlay that serves as a map of the world, making the locations of Geysers, Critters and important Buildings obvious by highligthing them. Also shows spots of Neutronium to help detecting buried Geysers, and an optional mode even identifies the buried Geysers.

The following objects are highlighted in the map overview:

  • Geysers: All Geysers, Vents, Volcanos and Fissures from the base game, the "Spaced Out" DLC, any future updates and mods. Plus Oil Reservoirs (technically not Geysers) and Neutronium, so you can spot buried Geysers.
  • Critters: All Critters from the base game, the "Space Out" DLC, and... you know the text already
  • Plants: The same, but with plants
  • Buildings: Printing Pod, Anti-Entropy Thermo-Nullifiers (AETNs) and Neural Vacillators from the base game, Port-a-Pods, Cryotanks, Teleporters and Warp Pipes from the "spaced Out" DLC
  • Biomes: All biomes

Optionally, buried geysers and/or buried critters can be revealed in the map overlay. This does not include anything still hidden by the Fog of War.

The overlay's legend always only contains those objects that are present on your map (and that you already have discovered), so you'll get a quick overview of what you got on the map by just looking at the legend.

The mod is best used in a zoom-out view. For this, use the game's screenshot mode (Alt + S) or Cairath's great Bigger Camera Zoom Out mod.

New - now compatible to ONI's new mod system (working both in Spaced Out! and vanilla game), and finally configurable.

Just for those that are about to answer "just turn on repair suits forever": I am sending good suits to another base and receive all worn suits in main base. So I don't have to take care for suit mats in my mini bases.

Is it possible to add dupes to the overlay? With bigger bases I am sometimes not sure if my atmo suit docks are empty because a lot of dupes are out there or if my suits are all worn. So I need to turn on the temp overlay and count my 30 something dupes to see who is in and who is out there. Especially difficult if they are travelling in a tube, because temp overlay always shows tube temp and never dupe temp :/

Updated DLL for this mod (you may install it from steam, them, move the whole MapOverlay mod folder from `mods/Steam` to `mods/Local`, and finally, replace with this DLL.
