The AS Val from Insurgency: Sandstorm. Replaces the M1A1

REQUIRES THE SHARED RESOURCES PACK
  • Uses original Sandstorm animations
  • Has a custom optic rail welded on top of the receiver
  • Has a world model
  • Has a VGUI Icon
  • And yes, it's GGX

Note: The world model hold position is kind of weird because of the difference between the shape of this weapon and the weapon it is replacing.

Note 2: The Val suppressor is attached to the weapon permanently, and the default suppressor is hidden behind the weapon. I can't change that without editing the scripts, which I don't want to, as it breaks compatibilty with other mods. On the world model, the attached suppressor is visible, but there is no way to hide it.

The fire sound is decided by the game, not the QC soundscript, so nope, can't change that.

It uses the fast reload anim for nonempty reloads and the regular empty reload for empty reloads

I think what he means is that when you reload and still have ammo in the mag, the animation shows you discarding it and when you're empty it shows you grabbing the mag, shouldn't it be the other way around
