Non-English users: Please use the Dynamic Reforms ROLLBACK 1.0
I will add links to translation submods here if anybody would like to contribute.

Affects the cooldown between reforms for both player and AI.

Each reform delays your next one starting with 1 turn for the very first reform in each group, up to 7 turns for the elite dragon units, dependent on where it is in the reform tree. See screenshots for the layout.

Overall, each section of the tree takes 20% less time to fill out than Vanilla, equal to my Four Turn Reforms . This mod just provides an alternate, more dynamic way to obtaining your reforms by adjusting the cooldown after each selection.

Does not affect the initial 3 turn cooldown at the start of a campaign.

Also reduces Yellow Turban, Eight Princes, Mandate of Heaven YT, and A World Betrayed research time by a flat 20%. Don't use this with other mods (including mine) that adjust reform and research rates.

Like this mod a lot, but agree with someone else who mentioned it feels like the earlier reforms should still have a 2 or 3 turn cooldown, 1 turn just feels really fast and makes it feel like you might as well just snap up all the low tier reforms immediately

That's an unfortunate side effect of this update, and I'm searching for a workaround. I will upload the previous version separately as soon as I can. Until then, if anybody is interested in making a translation submod, please let me know.

i think the latest update has caused the tech tree to be english and may have also cause other parts of the game to be english too

Really great idea. Though I would be interested in a version that uses 3 turns as the minimum instead of 1 turn.
