25% Reduced Upkeep and Salary

描述


Reduces the upkeep of all units and characters by a flat 25%.

Also reduces the base salary increase for court positions by a flat 25%.

Affects DLC units in Yellow Turban, Eight Princes, Mandate of Heaven YT, and A World Betrayed by 25%.

Works for AI as well as player.

Does this mod overwrite the reduced upkeep that the AI already has? I notice AI's that have a single town and they are still able to support 2 full stack armies with tier 2 and 3 units when I can barley support 3 armies with several cities - pretty frustrating.
