Silver Fungoid Ships - Recolour

描述
Converts the default black-coloured fungoid shipset into silver. Beauty rating increased by 124.79%.


All fungoid ships are re-textured to be silver, the same is done for most megastructures built by an empire that uses fungoid ships. (Please note that this mod replaces the default fungoid ships, it does not add a new shipset.)

This mod should be compatible with nearly anything, if textures aren't changed for new ships in a mod that adds such, let me know.

Hello Unknwn Prson, you made a great mod and I'm playing it often. For multiplayer and centralised localisation, I have started a private merged-mod project. Included are theme related mods, so players get more variability and are able to load by one click. Now the positive demand seems growing beyond private quarters and it might be a good idea to change it into an official released mod. Therefore I'd like to ask your permission to have your mod included into the mod collection . I've sent you a friend invite and with your permission granted, I'd like to name you as co-author and probably start some co-working. Thank you!

I think you mean the VANILLA Avian shipset, that is silver

Thx for the tutorial, but honestly I am lazy & just want to ask for silver recolours for every shipset for that retro-future vibe (& visibility)

@Vael It's simply editing all diffuse images in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\gfx\models\ships related to fungoid ships, all named as '..._fungoid_01_..._diffuse.dds' or 'fungoid_01_..._diffuse.dds

May I request a guide on how to do this? That way we may once again have a golden age of ship styles to choose from?

Oh how I miss the days of ~1.3, where we had dozens that all worked just fine.

Sorry, but I'm not interested in white Avian starships. :steamsad: They are too ugly to my taste.
