Have you ever wanted to write a book?[minecraft.wiki] A note? A todo-list? A letter of negotiations? I have!

After a little 'talk' with Betabound, we've managed to convince[tvtropes.org] the author to let us publish their lectern content as a standalone mod!

Why?
Here at <INSERT COMPANY NAME>, we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy the joy[tvtropes.org] of lecterns!
Well, everyone except people trying to join a server that does not have the Lecterns mod or Betabound installed[tvtropes.org]. Every player on the server has to have either of those mods installed. Or both.[tvtropes.org]

• Adds lecterns! Craftable at an Inventor's Table
"Proudly display many books on this stand! It remembers what books it has, even if you put it in your inventory or destroy it!"

• Blank Books![minecraft.wiki] Craftable by hand
"Write anything at all!"

• Copy Books![tvtropes.org] Craftable by hand
"Copy in-game codex items, custom books, and more!"

No. Are you using Betabound? If so, try checking the Wooden Crafting Table

I can't find neither blank book nor lectern, searched for "book" and "blank" at emptyhand crafting and searched for lecterns at inventor's table, do I have to find those in game to craft them?

it's okay! you can't place a book, but you can place a lectern and put the book on the lectern

I apologize for not articulating it well - what I meant is having a given book, as a placeable object in game, which other players can pick up and read and pass to others.

Great mind！I think each player has own different needs. As far as I am concerned, this function is more convenient than other ritual writing mods.

Yep! It's from Betabound originally, but it's available like this for people that don't want Betabound
