此mod仅针对radious进行修改，只修改了士气的相关词条，没打radious mod的可以忽略。
众所周知，radious的士兵人均死战不退，死的还剩是十个人都能重整跑回来继续参战，大大拖延了结束战斗的时间。

好了，本mod根据本体的士气机制与原radious的士气之间做了些许平衡，比如：
与骑兵战斗：本体-4，radious：-2，本mod:-3;
将领阵亡：本体-18，radious:-12,本mod:-15;
夜战士气改成-12；
军队败退现在改回了-90，确保战败方一定会溃逃而不是十几个人重整跑回来继续战斗。
军队的士气损失现在为曲线，伤亡0-50%损失的士气较少，之后每10%都会失去更多士气。
