WESTCOAST(realistic)

This is my representation of the West Coast; all textures were taken from this environment as well. Smell the salt from the Ocean, Feel the breeze down the mountains, from pine trees to the palm trees. This Theme was made under a temperate.

Known issues: Ruined Grass around roads are brighter and Texture is enlarged, I could not change this as much as I tried gravel will cover up most of this. also could be used with Theme Mixer 2 adding until desired effect from previous version of West Coast (dry) and can be found here https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1973962591
