Sorry for the frustration, This was not intended to be put on steam but I did it to keep the textures on a windows re install when formatting drives. For this specific theme it is being used in my city and I redid textures from previous West Coast took a little more time on the textures Photoshop etc.. trying to remove texture seams and Clarity issues I use this with the Following visual mods; Eye Candy, Sun rays and Definite Vision LUT, and Theme Mixer 2. I apologize for the Updates but outside of the gravel texture I am pretty satisfied with this and might update one more time on the gravel fix
