REALISTIC WESTCOAST(dry)

Arid, West Coast inspired theme this was made under a temperate theme, I did this theme for a city that I am currently working on and it was reworked off the previous WESTCOAST REALISTIC map theme. I added all new 4k, hi res textures and changed water normal's as well as sand and cliff normal's. I added in weather averages that are similar to San Fran California, as well as reworked colors for water and sky. I currently use this with Realistic LUT as well
