Compatible with 2.3.*

This is a a patch that allows Improved Space Battles, New Ship Classes, and Psionic Re-Expanded to work together.

This is part of a series of patches for several ship mods, see this collection for more information.

Required Mods
Improved Space Battles [Balance] 2.2
NSC2
Psionic Re-Expanded

Optional Mods
NSC and by extension this mod provide compatibility for the following mods.

@Commissar [L1T] I havnt had the time to test it completely but PR is still playable on 2.3 even if the game says its outdated.
