描述
Makes changes to the available drills and mining tools present in the game.

Makes pickaxes and drills last longer and more effective, it also allows you to hone them to increase their longetivity! It also allows you to craft pickaxes, while allowing you to craft the new drills later on as well. You can craft them at the Anvil and it's upgraded counterparts.

Also adds three drills and pickaxes for each of the end-game materials and two super tools made from the 3 end-game tools of it's type.

There's not much more this mod does, I made it for pesronal use a good year and a half ago, and I decided to release it now because someone might like it. Might not be balanced, but know it's a personal mod released for public use.

Continued; it creates a sort of balance choice intself I think, due to this nature. Default tools retain their weak durability, so they won't last that long, but you /can/ craft them if you're willing to suffer the material costs. If you get lucky and /find/ a tool (Or make one) and are iwlling to go a step further, you can hone it for the same cost to make it last longer and I /think/ mine more efficiently.

That is fair, I just didn't like having to rely on the MM or be forced to work with the upgrade mechanic. I suppose I just wanted to restore use to them and make them capable of sticking around for longer. If it helps any, I don't believe the default tools are actually modified. I just gave a way to craft them and I swear in the case of a normal pickaxe made it obtainable again and a bit weaker. Stone picks cost 24 stone to make and every normal pick costs 12 to make, and 12 to hone. Drills cost 24 to hone and you can't craft them. (save for the 3 end-game drills and my super drill)

The /honed/ variants I believe are where the durability probably gets FAR longer, actually.

Cool mod.
I was wondering what you meant by this, as you didn't really explaain it in depth:

Just my two cents, but I actually prefer when the tools have durability, as this way, you can balance them in a way in which they are stronger than the Matter Manipulator for it's tier, but it won't be able to do so forever.

Oh fine, I'll see about making a version of this that makes the mining tools unbreakable.

Just for you guys, but not at this moment. Don't worry, I'll likely have it out soon, not a week, but when I have free time which may be before I go to bed, tomorrow, soon, basically.

if you have other mods on hand, i don't suggest rushing unbreakable versions...
now if you have nothing to do, i'd absolutely love an unbreakable version, and so would other people *cough person below COUGH*
