Lucena City, is a 2nd class highly urbanized city in the province of Quezon, in the Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 266,248 people. It is the capital of the province of Quezon but governed administratively independent from the province. For statistical and geographical purposes, Lucena City is grouped with the province.

The city proper is wedged between two rivers, Dumacaa River on the east and Iyam River on the west. Seven other rivers and six creeks serve as natural drainage for the city. Its port on the coast along Tayabas Bay is home to several boat and ferry lines operating and serving the sea lanes between Lucena City and the different points in the region and as far as Visayas.

Being the provincial capital, Lucena City is the host to most of the branches of government agencies, businesses, banks and service facilities in the CALABARZON region.

This save requires many DLCs and assets/mods (which are all listed), and can be subscribed with just one click by following these steps: Content Manager > Savegames > Subscribe to All > Enable All.

NOTE: This save file uses more than 262,144 trees, which may result in hidden trees on empty spaces but still visible when looking at the Natural Resources tab. It is recommended to use Unlimited Trees Mod in order for those extra trees to appear.
