Thank for this, I was looking for a warehouse/garage unique building (without it being growable and random).

As for the whole thing with Ngon it's correct I was one of the last ppl commenting critically on this things, but I also had a longer conversation with him after that. It was more than just critical comments, but yes those also bothered him - plus demanding comments asking for stuff or claiming his stuff broke the game.

@Sparks: I did not mean to be rude, I simply assumed (from looking at your workshop items) that you are somewhat new to modelling. When I started out I wasn't sure of what was appropriate sizes - I researched and got feedback from other creators. I was simply trying to do the same for you.

Some people on here do not care whether their assets are at a level of detail appropriate for the game. It is something I care about, so I comment like this - that's the only way I can figure out if you care or not. If you do, then I gave you a tip, if you don't you'll just ignore my comment. :)

I'm pleased you like it, and I thank you for you fine assets. But surley you have learned not to tell asset creators they should optimize there assets after Ngon decided to pack up shop. I'm not sure why he left but I got the impression It was related to comments like this.
Honestly I would love to update lots of my assets but I havn't yet figured out how to use the update feature, hopefully its' simpler than it looks

Great little warehouse! I wish the LOD had a lower tris count though. Details like the insets for the doors and windows shouldn't be there. A LOD for something like this should pretty much be a box with a roof (should be doable for around 16-20 tris). :)

Love simple but brilliant buildings like this!
