If you use the white CHP vehicles solely for commercial enforcement and your city is set in the early 2000s, then this is the sedan for you. White CHP vehicles nowadays serve more of a mixed role, but back in the Crown Vic's heyday, they were more or less exclusively used for commercial vehicle citations.

Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set police/prison vehicles types for your stations/prisons.

Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!
