Hubs & Transports DLC Mod Compatibility and Loading Issues
If you have any issues with the new Treasure Hunt DLC, please be sure to read Avanya's support discussions Game not working and the list of compatible mods.

Mod Description
This mod let you customize various options about vehicles. To access those options simply click on the vehicle icon at the bottom right of your screen (next to the policy icon). This workshop object is a fork of AVO version 1.8.2 published by Boogieman Sam[github.com], who has retired from the Cities Skylines modding community and left this mod open-sourced for the community.

Use the Vehicle Selector by Algernon for an increased individual experience to control spawing even more.

Compatibility
This mod can be safely removed without impact on the savegame. The AVO setting is kept inside the save file but will not cause any harm.

Known Issues
Still existing... Vanilla passenger trains no longer spawn in color variation. (31/12/2020)

Multi-language support is now available (thanks to algernon for setting up the translation framework!). English and German language is supported out of the box.

@AntsLoverForever - you need to have at least one vehicle active in every section. Especially in the section Citizen there is this "Personal Ride", the Electric Car and the Sedan, which must have an identical replacement. If you deactivate the vanilla Electric Car, you need another Electric Car, e.g. some asset like a Tesla model active, and this asset must be configured by the asset author as an Electric Car.

The error message comes from the game, which tries to spawn a vehicle, but not finding a proper type active. This is not related to AVO, but internal game mechanics.

When I delete a vehicle, I activate it so it doesn't spawn. I get an error that says:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]

Details:

It's annoying, it keeps popping up.

@ DaOPCreeper I just realized you said houses/residential. Skip file for that too. I also[/] realized that you might need to know what the assets were called, for your skip file. That's here:

@King Arron - it still saves all the data for me. The Lean/Nod will change the behavior of the vehicle turning in curves and with weird values the game will behave weird. Both values should be changed with care and knowledge, that the game may produce issues.

@ DaOPCreeper I usually just put the vanilla vehicles in my skip file (Loading Screen Mod). Make sure that you have workshop versions; a city without fire engines is both terrible and glorious. I should actually see if there's a dedicated mod...

Whenever I try and set the lean/nod to 0, it keeps changing itself back. If I change them to 0.01, the vehicles behave erratically and start jumping or doing roly-polys. Loved this mod but it’s useless now.
