This was, at one point, the most common unmarked vehicle on the roads of America. Even today, a few of them still do their undercover work, though almost everyone knows that a Crown Victoria is a police vehicle.

Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set police/prison vehicles types for your stations/prisons.
