Brother bought it for me.

The game as it is in Early Access has a good direction, but it just feels kind of sloppy and devolves into something else as you progress.

The game is setup with the idea of going on epic voyages and adventures with fellow adventurers, however, what actually ends up happening is the game boils down into a crappy base builder / farm simulator where you spend most of your time farming food, gathering materials, fixing/defending your main base (this part is so irritating that people end up opting to build islands to get away from it), and connecting everyone's bases together with portals. The only time you go on any kind of "epic" voyage is when you need to move metal around because you can't portal it to your forge and it just feels tedious to sail back to your main base with nothing but your metal...

I want to recommend this game in the worse way because I see sooooooo much potential with the direction they are trying to go, something along the lines of Subnautica but with vikings, but as it is right now I can not bring my self to recommend it.
