Feels misleading from what is shown on the store page.

First time playing the game is figuring out controls and how to go about the goals of the game.

Spend the first few hours playing the game building a small iron plates factory setup to make more machines and better tools.

Learn about research and how it requires upgraded machines and resources to make vials.

Spend the next couple of hours hand feeding the machine before figuring out automation.

Spend even more time automating the rest of your factories.

Originaly small iron plate factory is not making enough plates for productions.

Spend more time finding iron on the map.

Find out that you are not alone on the planet and the bugs do not like you nor your creations.

Spend more time making weapons to kill bugs to reach iron to increase factory production.

Bugs attack base while you are gone so now you have to learn about base defense.

Spend more time making walls, turrets, and other base defenses that should have been prioritized in the beginning but you didn't know any better.

Base looks good... now back to the iron... and base power goes out due to lack of coal....



TL:DR - Moral of the story is factory is an amazing game that will constantly give you one goal after another and make you question your sanity after spending large amounts on a single play through. Highly recommend the game as I was skeptical about buying it the first time I saw this on the steam store.

Really great for co-op / multiplayer.
