Fun game, but the dev can get bent. This is an EARLY ACCESS GAME with paid DLC.

Every single cosmetic that looks half decent is locked behind a paywall. Everything else is just a slight reskin. And of course every option for premium currency can't get you what you want: A full outfit is 2400 currency, and the options are specifically made to milk you: $5 for 1k, $10 for 2100, $20 for 4500, so either forcing you to pay more or purchase a second one for a lesser bonus.

Nope. Not paying $40 just so I can run around in rags. Do better.

I'm not sure if it's my setup or the game, but I can't in good conscience recommend Day's Gone with how absolutely god awful the sound is. The mixing, directions, just absolutely everything. I'm literally able to hear zombies that are above a tunnel from inside a tunnel. It sounds like there's a zombie right behind you when it's on the absolute other end of the camp, meanwhile there's one that is completely silent that's 5 feet away from you, just beyond a corner. If it wasn't for the sound issues, (including how bad some of the voice acting & mixing) is, it would be a crazy immersive game.

notice how a solid 80-90% of reviews are either very clearly children, or have less than 50 hours in the game

stormworks was a good simulator/sandbox sorta game that had enormous potential back in the day, but nearly all of that potential has been wasted due to devs being absolute clowns and just crying about feedback on twitter rather than fixing the game.

flight has had the exact same trash mechanics since launch. gliding literally doesn't work at all, and you drop like a stone. same with tire physics. there's negative traction, and it feels like you're on ice. they tried 'fixing' traction, tried a single update, then gave up and just reverted it. there aren't any SAILS in a game about SAILING in water and storms hasn't even been attempted.

it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like this that's ruined this game over the years, and they're clearly more concerned with adding worthless ♥♥♥♥ like fishing nets instead of fixing the most basic parts of the game

As of 9/8/20, I've had crashes in 4 hours. Gameplay is decent so far, although movement and combat is sometimes a tad bit janky. Voice acting is sub-par in some areas, good in others, but nearly every character has this drone in their voice at seemingly random times.
