literally the minimum requirements for the game, and it runs past 60fps for me (excluding dual rendered scopes). low quality does not equal high performance in every case. mess with the settings, figure out what works and what doesnt. If it doesnt work, womp womp, come back another time when it is optimised.

if you want a finished, polished, perfect "tarkov 2" game, do not buy this. that is not what this is. go back to nikita or play SPT.

game is fun, some issues with balancing and AI activity (still better than tarkov scavs, and they havent had 5 years to fix it)
gunplay is fun and simple to pick up. quests are a bit of a loop right now, but for there to be so much to do right on alpha release is kind of crazy

get it if you want to support development, not if you want to replace the hole left in your heart/balls by tarkov

I'm torn. It's an amazing game ruined by enemy AI that constantly and consistently fires through walls and cover with perfect accuracy, every time. I get shooting the cover you watched a guy walk into, but following him behind that cover, through rooms and walls? Meth addicts and ex-military have the same level of zero hesitation, and accuracy that would make Chris Kyle squirm.

Gas is basically unusable, as the stun from it lasts a couple seconds and the AI can hit you straight through it right after like they're running thermals on operation locker. Gunplay is incredible, weapon and equipment mechanics are so much fun, but it is all let down by this issue. It is literally impossible to go through a mission without multiple team members getting hit several times, which should not be the case, when you plan, prepare and utilise equipment properly.


I love the new friendly AI systems, and the incredible work put into the game for release, but this is issue is still as bad as it was 2 updates ago.

Overall? Get this game, and get the inevitable community mod update that makes it actually playable.
And before you "skill issue", I literally did not ask.

31/7 Update: AI still broken, but DLC is fun. Can they please stop making methheads into the terminator

Pretty sick game constantly updated and given fresh new content. Cant wait to fight alongside the PLA.

ICO is incredible, makes being a soldier as terrifying as you'd expect it to be.
Those who downrate the game because of this are lost cod players
