Playing Baldur's Gate 3 was an absolute masterpiece of an RPG that sucked me in for over 500 hours across one single blind playthrough. This game definately draws from the D&D roots but elevating it with incredible storytelling, branching narratives, and tactical combat that's as deep as it is satisfying.

The characters are a highlight; Lae'zel, for instance, had me cracking up with her hilariously blunt personality, especially in Act II where her side quests shine. And diving into Act 3 at Wyrm's Crossing felt truly epic, with all the political intrigue and high-stakes decisions that kept me hooked.

I think the replayability of this game is very high. Different class builds, romance options, and moral choices lead to wildly varied experiences, which is why I chased down 47 out of 54 achievements (that's 87% completion for those counting).

I even got inspired to create and share some artwork, like my piece on operating the cable car, because the world's details are just that immersive. Sure, it's got some bugs here and there, and the sheer scope can feel overwhelming at first, but the freedom to role-play however you want makes it worth every minute.If you're into CRPGs or D&D, this is a must-play. 10/10, one of my all-time favorites—It's been more then 6 months since my last gaming session, I'm still tempted to jump back in for another playthrough.

The thing I hated most about this game was the INVENTORY system. I tend to be a item horder... I spent so mmuch time managing items it to WAY TO MUCH of my time. It did make the game less enjoyable, especially when hunting for missables and such.
