Vanir’s gleam, gould seer’s laughter,
Rings ’neath Himin, helja’s veil.

Ratatoskr rists Yggdrasill veins,
Bearing bane-song from wyrm to haukr,
Howling of wyrd that whelms all goð.
Roots weep blood, branches burn frost.

III.
Were it not ættir bound by he,
We’d not hail Ragnarǫk’s plea.
For heiti is Fenrir—fetters aflame,
Wolf-chains biting the bones of tyme.

IV.
Vargynja speaks: “I guard these twins;
Sköll and Hati's meek, scorch ond shade.
When fyr dous't, and blackest admire,
