Providing a safe space for Atheists, Agnostics, and Secular Humanists

I am the Godless Engineer. I am from North Alabama right in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of the Bible Belt. For the past few years I have been educating myself on religious topics as well as building a safe community for Atheists, Agnostics, and Secular Humanists. I seek to build a community for people to participate in and feel a part of something bigger. This would be similar to the type of community that many churches or religious organizations offer but without God.

This gamer group is set up to provide that community on steam.

To me Godless signifies that Religion is part of our past and we shouldn't be ashamed of that fact. I used to believe in god but I have grown out of the need for fairy tales and that shows a lot of progress on my part. I've grown up.
