Staff inactivity and deranking, ideas on how it should work, atm:
Inactivity for 2 weeks for mods is derank to police, admins to veteran which isn't a staff position, to make that clear.
Should it change? If so, thoughts

Ranking system:
Final Warning, Shunned, New, Member, Regular, Trusted, Police, Trial-Mod (chosen by Cryo or Me), Moderator, Trial-Admin, Admin, Head-Mod, Head-Admin, HighAdmin(which will become a disbanded rank, it's useless), Co-Owner, Owner.
Should it change or is it okay?

Owner Veteran position, should it exist or should they all be dropped to either a job as an owner (doing something) or Veteran? Also inactive owners (exluding me from time to time), what should happen to them?

How we should advertise the server, this is a big one. Ideas anyone? We should atleast have 10 players on every 2 days if possible. Thoughts please.

I want to get the communities idea, if the higher up ranks decide everything then what the hell is the point in a community, please discuss ideas and opinions in the comments and I will answer anything I can.
